Return Policy
At Wurble Lures, we want you to feel confident when ordering from our store. If there is a problem with your order, we will work to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in resellable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and packaging reasons, used fishing lures, opened soft plastic packs, and items not in original condition are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened lure packs
- Used fishing lures
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer use
- Clearance or final sale items, if marked as such
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
